What is included in the price?

The monthly price includes monthly bookkeeping services, quarterly taxes, personal + business tax returns, regular meetings, and payroll (if you’re an S Corp). You also get a dedicated bookkeeper and tax professional who will give you monthly support.

Is this an annual contract or do you have any minimums?

No. Our services are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 30-days notice.

Does Cookie Finance have a setup fee?

Yes, there is a small initial setup fee of $150-$450 which depends on the amount of setup we need to do for your business. This fee goes towards getting your LLC, QuickBooks, S Corp, Payroll and other items setup. This also covers organizing your financials for the year.

How much do states charge to form an LLC?

All states charge a different fee. For most states, the cost to set up an LLC is about $100-$250 each year.

At what point should I hire an accountant?

Typically, once you start making about $50,000 per year from your content creation it make sense to hire an accountant. At that point, your accountant will be able to help you organize your financials, find more deductions, and structure you business in the most tax efficient way possible.
