When you connect your social media accounts to our platform, we receive information in order to provide our Service. Such information may include a user’s social media handle, username, profile picture, biography, follower counts, and follower engagement.

Payment Information

To process payments, we collect billing information (“Billing Information”), which includes details like your billing name and address. This information is used to manage your account, facilitate Services, assess the financial qualifications of prospective clients, and process payments.

Your Billing Information is handled by our payment processing partner, Stripe. While we retain certain billing details, we do not store or have access to your credit card number once a payment has been processed. The processing of this data is governed by Stripe’s privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy. Stripe is authorized only to store, retain, or use your billing information for the purpose of processing payments on our behalf.

Data, Diagnostics, and Login Details

We use data, diagnostics, and login information to manage and improve the Services. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • QuickBooks: Our Services also integrate with Intuit Limited’s QuickBooks (“QuickBooks”), an invoicing and accounting management tool. When you use QuickBooks, your data is processed and stored according to QuickBooks’ terms.

  • HubSpot: We use HubSpot for customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing. Data shared with HubSpot is governed by their privacy policy.

Commercial Information: Records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

Financial Information: Bank account number, debit or credit card numbers, insurance policy number, and other financial information.

Identifiers: Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.

Inferences: The derivation of information, data, assumptions, or conclusions from any other category of Personal Information to create a profile about a person reflecting the person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities and aptitudes.

Internet or Network Information: Browsing history, search history, and information regarding a person’s interaction with an internet website, application, or advertisement.

Online Identifiers: This term is not defined in the CPRA, but likely includes any information  that can be used to recognize a person, family or device, over time and across different services, including but not limited to, a device identifier; an Internet Protocol address; cookies, beacons, pixel tags, mobile ad identifiers, or similar technology; customer number, unique pseudonym, or user alias; telephone numbers, or other forms of persistent or probabilistic identifiers (i.e., the identification of a person or a device to a degree of certainty of more probable than not) that can be used to identify a particular person or device.

Professional or Employment Information: This term is not defined in the CPRA, but likely includes any information relating to a person’s current, past or prospective employment or professional experience (e.g., job history, performance evaluations).

Protected Classification Characteristics: As defined under California law: age (40 years or older), race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic information (including familial genetic information).

Sensitive Personal Information: Personal information that reveals a person’s (a) Social Security or other state identification number; (b) account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; (c) geolocation; (d) racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership; (e) mail, email, or text message content directed to third parties; and (f) genetic data.
